Are mergers significant to Bible prophecy?
Here we see the merger-in-the-making of a world-wide stock exchange....pretty soon there will be 3 or 4 major stock exchanges, and possibly the continued merger of those into one giant stock exchange.
The Bible predicts a merger in the last days of the world economies.....
culminating in no one being able to buy or sell without the 'mark of the beast'.
Rev.13:16-17
"And he (the false prophet) causes all, both smalkl and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: and that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."
