U.S., Mexico reach agreement on trucks coming into the country

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico -- A 15-year trade dispute between the United States and Mexico is over.  The new agreement means trucks from Mexico will soon be on Texas highways.  But the change could also be an opportunity for drug cartels.
